This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes TekSpert LTD's slavery and human trafficking statement. We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities, and to ensuring that our supply chains are free from these practices.
TekSpert LTD operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider in the United Kingdom. Our primary business is digital poster generation. Our supply chains are relatively simple and predominantly consist of cloud computing service providers, software providers, and professional services (such as legal and accounting).
We operate the following policies that describe our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
Due to the nature of our business in the technology sector, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low. However, we remain vigilant and monitor our suppliers, particularly those providing physical hardware or operating in regions with a higher risk of modern slavery.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff as part of their onboarding process and regular compliance updates.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of TekSpert LTD.
