To use PosterGen, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must not share your account with others. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We offer three subscription tiers:
Poster creation limits reset monthly on your subscription renewal date. Unused posters do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your plan limits, you may upgrade your plan or purchase additional posters.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
If we cannot process your payment, we will attempt to contact you and retry the payment. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension or account termination.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription.
We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused posters. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, contact us at support@postergen.co.uk. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
All content on PosterGen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design templates, is the property of TekSpert Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PosterGen for your personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not:
"PosterGen" and our logo are trademarks of TekSpert Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You retain all ownership rights to images and content you upload to PosterGen ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You own the posters you create using PosterGen. However, posters may include design elements (backgrounds, VS badges, fonts) that remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You have the right to:

We reserve the right to review and remove User Content that violates these terms, without notice. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so to ensure compliance.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of PosterGen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TekSpert Ltd regarding PosterGen.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or internet outages.
